Impact

My Role & Contributions

The Solution

SpherexAI enables users to:

  • Submit content and generate explainable, region-specific age ratings
  • Compare rating criteria across multiple global markets and audiences to support regional accuracy
  • Detected age rating compliance at the scene level — including age rating, scene description, and category (e.g. violence, profanity)
  • Detected objectionable content (OC) at the event level — with scene description, category, and subcategory
  • Understand cultural justifications behind rating decisions
  • Export localized metadata for regulators and ad partners
  • Align human reviewers with AI through explainable and intuitive interfaces

The Challenge

Studios struggle with regulatory complexity when distributing content globally. Regulations around age ratings, cultural sensitivities, and advertiser requirements differ across 200+ countries and territories. Manual, opaque processes delay launches and increase legal and reputational risk. Our goal was to create a transparent, scalable platform that leverages AI for global compliance.
